U.S. Federal Innovation 51: Understanding Social Networks

Research supported in part by the National Institute on Aging (NIA) indicates that today's modern social networks are remarkably similar to ancient ones. A team of researchers from Harvard University came to this conclusion by studying the social networks maintained by the Hadza, a traditional hunter-gatherer society in remote Tanzania.
